What is the hardest thing about the transition to college?Christopher Rempert, freshman
"The most difficult thing about the transition to college is not having
someone here to tell me what to do and when to do it and all the free
time I have. It's a little bit much."

Bree Prater, freshman
"The hardest transition is the amount of work, because the homework is,
like, tremendous. The amount I have to do each day is overboard."

Jonathan Moore, freshman
"No one from my high school that was my friend came to Baylor with me,
so I was in uncharted waters alone with no parents or anyone. So it was
an adventure."

Sarah Riley, freshman
"The hardest part is the amount of studying you have to do, because in
high school I never had to study really. And then your parents aren't
there to tell you, 'Make sure you do this; make sure you do that.'"

Brittany Carameros, freshman
"The most difficult thing is transferring from doing busy work in high
school to actually doing stuff for your major. It's a lot more work, a
lot more reading, but a lot more fun."
