Baylor Book Available
The beauty of the Baylor campus has long been a source of pride to
alums, and now you can enjoy it without making a trip to Waco. Baylor
Press has published Baylor: A Legacy of Spirit, Tradition, Beauty,
filled with photographs that showcase the campus. The ninety-five-page
book costs $29.95 and is available at the Baylor Bookstore, or online
at baylorpress.com.
BU Adds Grad Ceremony
Because of the record number of students graduating each May—more
than 1,900 last year—Baylor officials have added a third commencement
ceremony on Friday afternoon, May 15, at 3 p.m. There will still be two
ceremonies Saturday, at 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., all in the Ferrell
Center.
The Friday ceremony will include graduates of the School of
Engineering and Computer Science, Louise Herrington School of Nursing,
and some College of Arts and Sciences students. Graduating on Saturday
morning will be students from the Honors College, School of Music,
School of Social Work, and remaining College of Arts and Sciences
students. Business and education students will graduate Saturday
afternoon.
