Baylor Alumni Association Publications
The Baylor Line--whose name is taken from a phrase in the school song--was launched in October 1946 after what was then called the Baylor Ex-Students Association was established as an independently governed organization. Since that time, the Line has achieved a remarkable record of success in supporting Baylor University by strengthening the bonds between Baylor alumni and their alma mater.
Published by the separately chartered Baylor Alumni Association, the Line is empowered by its editorial independence to achieve excellence in reporting and alumni relations. The magazine's contents reflect the full range of alumni interests and concerns, from balanced coverage of controversial campus issues to news of former classmates' activities, providing readers with a uniquely candid, entertaining, and informative mix of stories. The only guaranteed way to receive all four issues a year is to become a member of the Baylor Alumni Association.
