Proposal Responses
 On September 22, the Baylor Alumni Association (BAA) notified its members of Baylor's proposal
for the BAA to terminate its independent status and become part of Baylor's
administrative operations within the Division of University Development. We asked for responses—and immediately our
inbox was flooded with them.
Below, you will find links to the responses we've received. Some people
preferred to keep their responses private, and a few asked that we
withhold their names. Aside from those instances, these are the entirety of the
responses (edited for length and clarity) that we've received.
We will

If your comments are included here and you wish to have them removed, e-mail us at the address above, and we will promptly remove them.

As of October 27, 88 percent of the responses received are in support
of the BAA's independence, while 7 percent support Baylor's proposal
and 5 percent are mixed.
