Student Programs
Student Scholarship Fund
This need-based scholarship is given to Baylor students, and children of Baylor alumni. There are a variety of ways that alumni can make a gift to the BAA’s scholarship program, including memorials and tributes, endowed scholarship gifts, and even grouped donations from many individuals given in honor of a particular Homecoming reunion class.
Senior Send-Off
An end-of-the-year celebration for graduating seniors, hosted by the BAA. This event allows students a chance to eat, socialize, and participate in a variety of activities on the front lawn of the Hughes-Dillard Alumni Center. Students are eligible for a ton of door prizes, T-shirts, and a grand finale cash drawing.
The Baylor Class Ring
For students with 75 or more semester hours, the alumni association offers the only Official Baylor Ring. The rings are presented at the very popular Ring Ceremony, held twice each year in Waco Hall.
Externship Program
The externship program is a one-of-a-kind program that offers participants the opportunity to earn extra money for their student organization, while establishing potentially valuable connections with alumni.
Online Defensive Driving
Take defensive driving from the comfort of your own room--or on a laptop almost anywhere. This state-approved driver safety course can be taken totally online. The program is self-paced, allowing you to accumulate the state-required six hours. When you enter the promotional code "BUAA," the cost for the entire course is just $25.
