Chad Wooten joined the staff of the Baylor Alumni Association in July of 2005 as assistant director for business affairs and was promoted to director in 2006. As the director of finance and operations, he provides administrative leadership in all areas related to the daily financial transactions, strategic business planning, facility operations, and office management of the BAA. He also oversees human resources and membership accounting.
After earning the BBA in accounting from Baylor in 2003, Chad worked for three years with the Waco firm of Pattillo, Brown & Hill, LLP, and most recently at Whitaker and Company. In April 2006, he earned the CPA certification. A Waco resident, his family has been part of the Baylor family and local community for generations.
