Jan Welch Dodd ’73 joined the alumni association staff in 2004 as programs and membership assistant, became coordinator of programs in 2008 and was made assistant director of programs and awards in 2010. In her position she supervises both the program and award areas and oversees Homecoming, Gameday Kickoff tailgates, Heritage Club, Senior Send-Off, Hall of Fame award recognitions, the Official Baylor Ring Ceremony, and several other programs.
Jan moved to Waco from Midland in 2003. She and her husband, Charlie ’73, have three children – Ryan ’01, Kristen, and Jordan, and two granddaughters.
