In 2004, Jeff Kilgore '90, MSE '92, rejoined the staff of the Baylor Alumni Association as the new executive vice president and CEO. He had previously worked for the association from 1995 to 1998, where he directed programs and marketing, helping to establish several successful programs and initiatives.
The Waco native first came to Baylor in 1985, when he was recruited by head baseball coach Mickey Sullivan. During his student days, Kilgore excelled on the pitcher's mound, and after graduation, he stayed on to coach other young pitchers.
Kilgore left the alumni association in 1998 to serve as Baylor's university host, where his responsibilities included overall operations of university event and guest facilities, the visitor and information services, and summer programs on campus.
Kilgore is married to Stephanie Ford Kilgore '99, MBA '99, who works in Baylor's department of Strategic Planning and Improvement. They have two children: Luke and John Patrick.
